COPPA Privacy Policy

This site is directed primarily at parents of students who need help with math. However, we realize that some children may come directly to this site, and we take our obligations under the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) seriously.

This site does not require any kind of registration, and users are not required to provide personal information, such as name, to view the site. There are, however, two types of “personal information” that we might collect within the meaning of this law.

First of all, the site owner’s contact information is provided. Students under the age of 13 should not contact us directly. Instead, students should ask their parents to contact us with any questions or concerns. However, if students do contact us directly, we will have whatever information they provide. But again, kids under 13 should not contact us directly.
